Falcon Transfers follows all applicable Canadian GST/HST legislation. Tax exemptions are available only where permitted under the Excise Tax Act and applicable CRA policies.

Customers claiming an exemption should email contact@falcontransfers.ca with the required supporting documentation before placing an order. Eligibility is verified according to CRA requirements before any exemption is applied.
